I need a name for my mare!?

I have recently bought an chestnut arabian mare and I really want to change her name. At the moment it is Zara but she doesn't know her name. She is a bright chestnut with 3 long white socks and a star/stripe/blaze conjunction. She has a flaxen mane and tail and the most gorgeous temperement!!!

Please help!!!!!!!!!

I need a name for my mare!?
Flame Dancer...could shorten it to either one...

Jasmine...sorry, the cartoon popped in my head!
Reply:I like name Dancer, and I also like Cupid. Cupid

kinda matches because chestnut is kind of red and with a light mane...Yes I think Cupid might match. And its both a mares name and a gelding/stallions name as well.
Reply:Had one just like that and we called her Lady or even Lady girl....thought it as cute, and she was the BEST tempered horse. She never spooked. She was a BIG mare, but so gentle. The little 5yr old kids could ride her by themselves!! She is sooo awesome!! And her colts usually get the same temperament.

Reply:Zara is a lovely name. I knew a beautiful grey mare by the same name. It's a good name.

Teach her to associate the name with 'herself' by feeding her a treat when she comes to it, or even looks your way when you call her by the name. Soon, she'll be coming to her name.
Reply:Hm.

Well my mare's name is Scarlett, she's a QH but is sorrel/chestnut also.

I knew this other horse named Teia ("tee-yuh"), she was a QH too but I think it sounds like an Arabian name..?

Yay for new horses!!
Reply:What about "Sugar"? She's your sweetheart, right?

Moxy if she has an attitude. Or Bella? It means beautiful.

Reply:The best thing I can tell you is pick a name that means something to you. Picking a random name is hard, so why don't you find one that actually has some significance to you.

Example: I just bought my third horse and his name is Giovanni, mainly because my Great Grandfather's name was Giovanni and he meant alot to me.

Just have fun with a name, don't make it as stressful.
